On November 15, 2022, ICAC submitted comments to the Department of Energy in response to the agency’s draft Clean Hydrogen Production Standard. ICAC’s response provides an overview of our perspective on developing pathways toward a low-carbon hydrogen economy. We support technology-neutral and flexible policies that enable cost-competitiveness and a diverse set of solutions to compete in the market.
